The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application process.
Applications are now open and can shut on 15 December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must fulfill the following requirements:
• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who arises from a house which has a combined gross house earnings that does not exceed R350 000 for each annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined home cash flow doesn't exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and want not submit any proof of income.
